¹³ And after all that has come upon us for our evil deeds and for our great guilt, since You our God ^(A)have punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and have given us such deliverance as this,

⁵ which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:

⁹ But as it is written:

¹⁰ But ^(B)God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. ¹¹ For what man knows the things of a man except the ^(C)spirit of the man which is in him? ^(D)Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.

³⁵ that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:

⁴⁷ The king answered Daniel, and said, “Truly ^(A)your God is the God of ^(B)gods, the Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, since you could reveal this secret.”

^28 (A)But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar ^(B)what will be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, were these:
