Job 8:18-20

New International Version

¹⁸ But when it is torn from its spot,
    that place disowns^(A) it and says, ‘I never saw you.’^(B)
19 Surely its life withers^(C) away,
    and^[a] from the soil other plants grow.^(D)

²⁰ “Surely God does not reject one who is blameless^(E)
    or strengthen the hands of evildoers.^(F)
