12 He scattereth the devices of the crafty: so that their hands cannot accomplish that which they do enterprise.
13 (A)He taketh the wise in their craftiness, and the counsel of the wicked is made foolish.
14 They meet with [a]darkness in the daytime, and [b]grope at noonday, as in the night.
