⁶ if you are pure and upright,
    surely then he will ^(A)rouse himself for you
    and ^(B)restore your rightful habitation.
⁷ And though your beginning was small,
    ^(C)your latter days will be very great.

^2 (A)Speak tenderly to Jerusalem,
    and cry to her
that ^(B)her warfare^[a] is ended,
    that her iniquity is pardoned,
that she has received from the Lord's hand
    double for all her sins.

^7 (A)Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion;
    instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot;
therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion;
    they shall have everlasting joy.
