Job 40:6-8

⁶Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm:^(A)

⁷“Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.^(B)

⁸“Would you discredit my justice?^(C)
Would you condemn me to justify yourself?^(D)

⁶Then answered the Lord unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

⁷Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.

⁸Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?
