⁴After it ^(A)his voice roars;
^(B)he thunders with his majestic voice,
and he does not restrain the lightnings^[a] when his voice is heard.

⁴After that comes the sound of his roar;
he thunders^(A) with his majestic voice.^(B)
When his voice resounds,
he holds nothing back.

³The voice of the Lord is over ^(A)the waters;
the God of glory ^(B)thunders,
the Lord, over many waters.
