Job 33:25-27
English Standard Version
25 let his flesh (A)become fresh with youth;
let him return to the days of his youthful vigor’;
26 then man[a] (B)prays to God, and he accepts him;
he (C)sees his face with a shout of joy,
and he (D)restores to man his righteousness.
27 He sings before men and says:
‘I (E)sinned and perverted what was right,
and it was not repaid to me.

25 let their flesh be renewed(A) like a child’s;
let them be restored as in the days of their youth’(B)—
26 then that person can pray to God and find favor with him,(C)
they will see God’s face and shout for joy;(D)
he will restore them to full well-being.(E)
27 And they will go to others and say,
‘I have sinned,(F) I have perverted what is right,(G)
but I did not get what I deserved.(H)
