³ Is it not ruin^(A) for the wicked,
    disaster^(B) for those who do wrong?^(C)

¹⁶ but the face of the Lord is against^(A) those who do evil,^(B)
    to blot out their name^(C) from the earth.

²² but the wicked^(A) will be cut off from the land,^(B)
    and the unfaithful will be torn from it.^(C)

⁴ but with righteousness^(A) he will judge the needy,^(B)
    with justice^(C) he will give decisions for the poor^(D) of the earth.
He will strike^(E) the earth with the rod of his mouth;^(F)
    with the breath^(G) of his lips he will slay the wicked.^(H)
