Job 19:7-12

New American Standard Bible

⁷ “Behold, ^(A)I cry, ‘Violence!’ but I get no answer;
I shout for help, but there is no justice.
⁸ He has ^(B)blocked my way so that I cannot pass,
And He has put ^(C)darkness on my paths.
⁹ He has ^(D)stripped my honor from me
And removed the ^(E)crown from my head.
¹⁰ He ^(F)breaks me down on every side, and I am gone;
And He has uprooted my ^(G)hope ^(H)like a tree.
¹¹ He has also ^(I)kindled His anger against me
And ^(J)considered me as His enemy.
¹² His ^(K)troops come together
And ^(L)build up their ^[a]way against me
And camp around my tent.
