⁷ And Yahweh said to Satan, “From where do you come?” Then Satan answered Yahweh and said, “^(A)From roaming about on the earth and walking around on it.”

¹¹ So they answered the angel of Yahweh who was ^(A)standing among the myrtle trees and said, “We have ^[a]patrolled the earth, and behold, ^(B)all the earth is sitting still and quiet.”

¹⁰ For who has despised the day of ^(A)small things? ^[a]But these ^(B)seven will be glad when they see the ^[b](C)plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel—these are the ^(D)eyes of Yahweh which ^(E)roam to and fro throughout the earth.”

⁵ And the angel answered and said to me, “These are the ^(A)four spirits of heaven, going forth after standing before the Lord of all the earth, ⁶ with one of which the black horses are going forth to the ^(B)north country; and the white ones go forth after them, and the dappled ones go forth to the ^(C)south country. ⁷ Now the mighty ones went out, and they sought to go to ^[a](D)patrol the earth.” And He said, “Go, ^[b]patrol the earth.” So they ^[c]patrolled the earth. ⁸ Then He cried out to me and spoke to me saying, “See, those who are going to the land of the north have ^(E)caused My Spirit to have rest in the land of the north.”
