¹¹ For they have ^(A)healed the hurt of the daughter of My people ^[a]slightly,
Saying, ^(B)‘Peace, peace!’
When there is no peace.

¹⁷ They continually say to those who despise Me,
‘The Lord has said, ^(A)“You shall have peace” ’;
And to everyone who ^(B)walks according to the ^[a]dictates of his own heart, they say,
^(C)‘No evil shall come upon you.’ ”
