⁴^(A)Do not trust in these deceptive words: ‘This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.’

Jeremiah 7:4

New International Version

⁴Do not trust^(A) in deceptive^(B) words and say, “This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord!”

¹⁴^(A)Seek good, and not evil,
that you may live;
and so the Lord, ^(B)the God of hosts, will be with you,
as you have said.

¹⁴Seek good, not evil,

Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you,
just as you say he is.
