33 So Jehoiachin changed his prison clothes, and he dined regularly in the presence of the king of Babylon for the rest of his life. 34 As for his allowance, a regular allowance was given to him by the king of Babylon, a portion for each day until the day of his death, for the rest of his life.(A)

33 So Jehoiachin put aside his prison clothes and for the rest of his life ate regularly at the king’s table.(A) 34 Day by day the king of Babylon gave Jehoiachin a regular allowance(B) as long as he lived, till the day of his death.
