Jeremiah 5:9-11

⁹Should I not punish them for these things?^(A)
This is the Lord’s declaration.
Should I not avenge myself^(B)
on such a nation as this?

¹⁰Go up among her vineyard terraces and destroy them,^(C)
but do not finish them off.^(D)
Prune away her shoots,
for they do not belong to the Lord.^(E)
¹¹They, the house of Israel and the house of Judah,
have dealt very treacherously with me.^(F)
