For this is what the Lord says to the men of Judah and to Jerusalem:

[a](A)Break up your uncultivated ground,
And (B)do not sow among thorns.
(C)Circumcise yourselves to the Lord
And remove the foreskins of your hearts,
Men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem,
Or else My (D)wrath will spread like fire
And burn with (E)no one to quench it,
Because of the evil of your deeds.”
