27 “But as for you, Jacob My servant, (A)do not fear,
Nor be dismayed, Israel!
For, see, I am going to (B)save you from far away,
And your descendants from the land of their captivity;
And Jacob will return and be (C)undisturbed
And secure, with no one making him afraid.
28 Jacob My servant, do not fear,” declares the Lord,
“For (D)I am with you.
For I will make a complete destruction of all the nations
Where I have driven you,
Yet I will (E)not make a complete destruction of you;
But I will (F)correct you properly
And by no means leave you unpunished.”

27 But fear not thou, O Jacob my servant, neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be quiet and at ease, and none shall make him afraid. 28 Fear not thou, O Jacob my servant, saith Jehovah; for I am with thee: for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee; but I will not make a full end of thee, but I will correct thee in [a]measure, and will in no wise [b]leave thee unpunished.
