13 After Micaiah told them everything he had heard Baruch read to the people from the scroll, 14 all the officials sent Jehudi(A) son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, to say to Baruch, “Bring the scroll(B) from which you have read to the people and come.” So Baruch son of Neriah went to them with the scroll in his hand. 15 They said to him, “Sit down, please, and read it to us.”
So Baruch read it to them.

13 Michaja vertelde hun wat hij Baruch had horen voorlezen uit de boekrol. 14 Toen stuurden de leiders Jehudi (de zoon van Netanja, die een zoon was van Selemja, die een zoon was van Kushi) naar Baruch. Hij moest hem zeggen: "Kom ons de boekrol voorlezen die je daarnet aan de mensen hebt voorgelezen." Baruch ging met hem mee. 15 Ze zeiden tegen hem: "Ga zitten en lees ons alles voor." En Baruch las alles voor.

13 Then Michaiah declared unto them all the words that he had heard, when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people.
14 Therefore all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, unto Baruch, saying, Take in thine hand the roll wherein thou hast read in the ears of the people, and come. So Baruch the son of Neriah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.
15 And they said unto him, Sit down now, and read it in our ears. So Baruch read it in their ears.
