Jeremiah 1:17-19

17 “Now, get ready. Stand up and tell them everything that I command you. Do not be intimidated by them(A) or I will cause you to cower before them. 18 Today, I am the one who has made you a fortified city,(B) an iron pillar, and bronze walls(C) against the whole land—against the kings of Judah, its officials, its priests, and the population. 19 They will fight against you but never prevail over you,(D) since I am with you to rescue you.”(E)
This is the Lord’s declaration.

(B)Do not be dismayed before them, or I will make you dismayed before them. 18 Now behold, I have made you today like a fortified city and like a pillar of iron and walls of bronze against the whole land, to the kings of Judah, to its leaders, to its priests, and to the people of the land. 19 And they will fight against you but they will not overcome you, for (C)I am with you to save you,” declares the Lord.
