Jeremiah 10:6-10
Legacy Standard Bible
6 (A)There is none like You, O Yahweh;
You are (B)great, and great is Your name in might.
7 (C)Who would not fear You, O (D)King of the nations?
Indeed it is Your due!
For among all the (E)wise men of the nations
And in all their kingdoms,
There is none like You.
8 But they are altogether (F)senseless and foolish;
They are in a discipline of [a]vanities—it is mere wood!
9 Beaten (G)silver is brought from (H)Tarshish,
And (I)gold from Uphaz,
The work of a craftsman and of the hands of a goldsmith;
Blue and purple are their clothing;
They are all the (J)work of wise craftsmen.
10 But Yahweh is the (K)true God;
He is the (L)living God and the (M)everlasting King.
At His wrath the (N)earth quakes,
And the nations cannot (O)endure His indignation.

Jeremiah 10:6-10
Revised Standard Version
6 There is none like thee, O Lord;
thou art great, and thy name is great in might.
7 Who would not fear thee, O King of the nations?
For this is thy due;
for among all the wise ones of the nations
and in all their kingdoms
there is none like thee.
8 They are both stupid and foolish;
the instruction of idols is but wood!
9 Beaten silver is brought from Tarshish,
and gold from Uphaz.
They are the work of the craftsman and of the hands of the goldsmith;
their clothing is violet and purple;
they are all the work of skilled men.
10 But the Lord is the true God;
he is the living God and the everlasting King.
At his wrath the earth quakes,
and the nations cannot endure his indignation.
