²³ Thus says the Lord, “^(A)Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the ^(B)mighty man boast of his might, let not a ^(C)rich man boast of his riches; ²⁴ but let him who boasts ^(D)boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who ^(E)exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I ^(F)delight in these things,” declares the Lord.

²⁵ “Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord, “that I will punish all who are circumcised and yet ^(G)uncircumcised— ²⁶ Egypt and Judah, and Edom and the sons of Ammon, and Moab and ^(H)all those inhabiting the desert who clip the hair on their temples; for all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are ^(I)uncircumcised of heart.”

³ This is eternal life, that they may know You, ^(A)the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom ^(B)You have sent.

¹³ until we all attain to ^(A)the unity of the faith, and of the ^[a](B)knowledge of the Son of God, to a ^(C)mature man, to the measure of the stature ^[b]which belongs to the ^(D)fullness of Christ.

¹⁰ that I may ^(A)know Him and ^(B)the power of His resurrection and ^[a](C)the fellowship of His sufferings, being ^(D)conformed to His death;

³ seeing that His ^(A)divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true ^(B)knowledge of Him who ^(C)called us ^[a]by His own glory and ^[b]excellence.
