To make the land of Babylon

30 The (C)warriors of Babylon have ceased fighting,
They stay in the strongholds;

They are becoming (E)like women;
Their homes are set on fire,
The (F)bars of her gates are broken.
31 One [c](G)courier runs to meet [d]another,
And one [e](H)messenger to meet [f]another,
To tell the king of Babylon
That his city has been captured from end to end;
