Jeremiah 5:16-18
New International Version
16 Their quivers(A) are like an open grave;
all of them are mighty warriors.
17 They will devour(B) your harvests and food,
devour(C) your sons and daughters;
they will devour(D) your flocks and herds,
devour your vines and fig trees.(E)
With the sword(F) they will destroy
the fortified cities(G) in which you trust.(H)
18 “Yet even in those days,” declares the Lord, “I will not destroy(I) you completely.

17 And they shall eat up thine harvest, and thy bread, which thy sons and thy daughters should eat: they shall eat up thy flocks and thine herds: they shall eat up thy vines and thy fig trees: they shall impoverish thy fenced cities, wherein thou trustedst, with the sword.
18 Nevertheless in those days, saith the Lord, I will not make a full end with you.
