Jeremiah 49:32-34

32 And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil: and I will scatter them into all the winds, throwing them out unto the utmost corner; and from all their sides I will bring their ruin, said the LORD.
33 And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons and a desolation for ever: no man shall abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it.
34 ¶ The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet regarding Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,

Jeremiah 49:32-34
New International Version
32 Their camels(A) will become plunder,
and their large herds(B) will be spoils of war.
I will scatter to the winds(C) those who are in distant places[a](D)
and will bring disaster on them from every side,”
declares the Lord.
33 “Hazor(E) will become a haunt of jackals,(F)
a desolate(G) place forever.
No one will live there;
no people will dwell(H) in it.”

34 This is the word of the Lord that came to Jeremiah the prophet concerning Elam,(I) early in the reign of Zedekiah(J) king of Judah:
