11 (A)Go up to Gilead, and take (B)balm,
O virgin daughter of Egypt!
In vain you have used many medicines;
(C)there is no healing for you.
12 The nations have heard of your shame,
and the earth is full of your cry;
(D)for warrior has stumbled against warrior;
they have both fallen together.”
13 The word that the Lord spoke to Jeremiah the prophet about the coming of (E)Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to strike the land of Egypt:

Virgin(B) Daughter Egypt.
But you try many medicines in vain;
there is no healing(C) for you.
12 The nations will hear of your shame;
your cries will fill the earth.
One warrior will stumble over another;
both will fall(D) down together.”
13 This is the message the Lord spoke to Jeremiah the prophet about the coming of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon(E) to attack Egypt:(F)
