Jeremiah 45:4-5

4 Thus shalt thou say unto him, The Lord saith thus, Behold, that which I have built, will I [a]destroy, and that which I have planted, will I pluck up, even this whole land.
5 And seekest [b]thou great things for thyself? seek them not: for behold, I will bring a plague upon all flesh, saith the Lord: but thy life will I give thee for [c]a prey in all places, whither thou goest.

4 But the Lord has told me to say to you, ‘This is what the Lord says: I will overthrow what I have built and uproot(A) what I have planted,(B) throughout the earth.(C) 5 Should you then seek great(D) things for yourself? Do not seek them.(E) For I will bring disaster(F) on all people,(G) declares the Lord, but wherever you go I will let you escape(H) with your life.’”(I)
