²³ They ^(A)came in and took possession of it, but they ^(B)did not obey Your voice or ^(C)walk in Your law; they have done nothing of all that You commanded them to do; therefore You have made ^(D)all this calamity come upon them.

¹⁰ But they ^(A)have not become ^[a]contrite even to this day, nor have they feared nor ^(B)walked in My law or My statutes, which I have set before you and before your fathers.”’

²³ Because you have burned ^[a]sacrifices and have sinned against the Lord and ^(A)not obeyed the voice of the Lord or ^(B)walked in His law, His statutes or His testimonies, therefore this ^(C)calamity has befallen you, as it has this day.”
