Jeremiah 32:2-4
English Standard Version
2 At that time the army of the king of Babylon was besieging Jerusalem, and Jeremiah the prophet (A)was shut up in (B)the court of the guard that was in the palace of the king of Judah. 3 For Zedekiah king of Judah had imprisoned him, saying, “Why do you prophesy and say, ‘Thus says the Lord: (C)Behold, I am giving this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall capture it; 4 (D)Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, (E)but shall surely be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him face to face and see him eye to eye.

New International Version
2 The army of the king of Babylon was then besieging(A) Jerusalem, and Jeremiah the prophet was confined(B) in the courtyard of the guard(C) in the royal palace of Judah.
3 Now Zedekiah king of Judah had imprisoned him there, saying, “Why do you prophesy(D) as you do? You say, ‘This is what the Lord says: I am about to give this city into the hands of the king of Babylon, and he will capture(E) it. 4 Zedekiah(F) king of Judah will not escape(G) the Babylonians[a](H) but will certainly be given into the hands of the king of Babylon, and will speak with him face to face and see him with his own eyes.
