21 “Set up marks on the road for yourself. Set up marks to lead you the right way. Remember the way you went, and return, O pure Israel. Return to your cities. 22 How long will you go here and there, O daughter without faith? For the Lord has made a new thing on the earth: A woman will keep a man safe.”
Good Will Come to God’s People
23 The Lord of All, the God of Israel, says, “When I bring them back to their own land, once again the people in the land of Judah and in its cities will speak these words: ‘May the Lord bring good to you, O place that is right with God, O holy hill!’

21 “Set up road signs;
put up guideposts.(A)
Take note of the highway,(B)
the road that you take.
Return,(C) Virgin(D) Israel,
return to your towns.
22 How long will you wander,(E)
unfaithful(F) Daughter Israel?
The Lord will create a new thing(G) on earth—
the woman will return to[a](H) the man.”
23 This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “When I bring them back from captivity,[b](I) the people in the land of Judah and in its towns will once again use these words: ‘The Lord bless(J) you, you prosperous city,(K) you sacred mountain.’(L)
