¹⁸ “Thus says Yahweh,

²⁴ And Judah and all its cities will ^(A)inhabit it together, the farmer and they who go about with flocks.

³⁷ Behold, I will ^(A)gather them out of all the lands to which I have banished them in My anger, in My wrath, and in great indignation; and I will cause them to return to this place and ^(B)make them inhabit it in safety.

^43 (A)Thus fields will be bought in this land of which you all are saying, “^(B)It is a desolation, without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.” ⁴⁴ Men will buy fields for money, ^[a](C)sign and seal deeds, and call in witnesses in the ^(D)land of Benjamin, in the surroundings of Jerusalem, in the cities of Judah, in the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the ^[b]Shephelah, and in the cities of the ^[c]Negev; for I will ^[d](E)return their ^[e]fortunes,’ declares Yahweh.”

¹² “Thus says Yahweh of hosts, ‘There will again be in this place which is waste, ^(A)without man or beast, and in all its cities, ^[a]an abode of shepherds who cause their ^(B)flocks to lie down. ¹³ In the ^(C)cities of the hill country, in the cities of the ^[b]Shephelah, in the cities of the Negev, in the land of Benjamin, in the surroundings of Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, the flocks will again ^(D)pass under the hands of the one who numbers them,’ says Yahweh.

¹⁰ In that day,’ declares Yahweh of hosts, ‘every one of you will call for his neighbor to sit under his ^(A)vine and under his fig tree.’”
