Jeremiah 3:9-11

New International Version

⁹ Because Israel’s immorality mattered so little to her, she defiled the land^(A) and committed adultery^(B) with stone^(C) and wood.^{(D) 10} In spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return^(E) to me with all her heart, but only in pretense,^(F)” declares the Lord.^(G)

¹¹ The Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel is more righteous^(H) than unfaithful^(I) Judah.^(J)
