And if at another time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be built(A) up and planted,

then if that nation renounces its evil ways, I will not destroy it as I had planned.

and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent(A) and not inflict on it the disaster(B) I had planned.

10 but then that nation changes its mind, turns to evil, and refuses to obey me, then I, too, will change my mind and not bless that nation as I had said I would.
