¹³ The Lord spoke his word to me ·again [or a second time]: “What do you see?”

I answered, “I see a pot of boiling water, tipping over from the north.”

¹⁴ The Lord said to me, “Disaster will ·come [let loose; open up] from the north and strike all the people who live in this country [^Cthe Babylonians would attack from the north].
