⁵ “For if you truly ^(A)amend your ways and your deeds, if you truly ^(B)execute justice one with another,

³ Thus says the Lord: ^(A)Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And ^(B)do no wrong or violence ^(C)to the resident alien, ^(D)the fatherless, and the widow, nor ^(E)shed innocent blood in this place.

³ Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: ^(A)Amend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place.

¹² “Concerning this house that you are building, ^(A)if you will walk in my statutes and obey my rules and keep all my commandments and walk in them, then I will establish my word with you, ^(B)which I spoke to David your father. ¹³ And ^(C)I will dwell among the children of Israel ^(D)and will not forsake my people Israel.”

¹⁷ withholds his hand from iniquity,^[a] takes no interest or profit, obeys my rules, ^(A)and walks in my statutes; he shall not die for his father's iniquity; ^(B)he shall surely live.

^8 (A)does not lend at interest ^(B)or take any profit,^[a] withholds his hand from injustice, ^(C)executes true justice between man and man,
