^32 (A)Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when it will no more be called ^(B)Topheth, or ^(C)the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter; ^(D)for they will bury in Topheth, because there is no room elsewhere.

¹¹ and shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: So will I break this people and this city, ^(A)as one breaks a potter's vessel, ^(B)so that it can never be mended. ^(C)Men shall bury in Topheth because there will be no place else to bury.

⁶ therefore, ^(A)behold, days are coming, declares the Lord, when this place shall no more be called Topheth, or ^(B)the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter.

¹⁰ And he defiled ^(A)Topheth, which is ^(B)in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, ^(C)that no one might burn his son or his daughter as an offering to ^(D)Molech.^[a]

^5 (A)And I will lay the dead bodies of the people of Israel before their idols, ^(B)and I will scatter your bones around your altars. ⁶ Wherever you dwell, ^(C)the cities shall be waste and ^(D)the high places ruined, so that your altars will be waste and ruined,^[a] your idols broken and destroyed, your ^(E)incense altars cut down, and your works wiped out. ⁷ And the slain shall fall in your midst, and you shall know that I am the Lord.

¹³ The houses of Jerusalem and the houses of the kings of Judah—^(A)all the houses on whose ^(B)roofs offerings have been offered ^(C)to all the host of heaven, and ^(D)drink offerings have been poured out to other gods—shall be defiled ^(E)like the place of Topheth.’”

³¹ And they have built the high places of ^(A)Topheth, which is in ^(B)the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, ^(C)to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, ^(D)which I did not command, nor did it come into my mind.

³⁰ And ^(A)I will destroy your high places and cut down your incense altars and ^(B)cast your dead bodies upon the dead bodies of your idols, and my soul will abhor you.
