¹⁰ But as for me, I have stripped Esau bare;
    I have uncovered his hiding places,
    and he is not able to conceal himself.
His offspring are destroyed, his kinsfolk
    and his neighbors, and he is no more.^(A)

¹⁴ At evening time, sudden terror!
    Before morning, they are no more.
This is the fate of those who despoil us
    and the lot of those who plunder us.^(A)

⁹ Your warriors shall be shattered, O Teman,
    so that everyone from Mount Esau will be cut off.^(A)

³ Though they hide themselves on the top of Carmel,
    from there I will search out and take them;
and though they hide from my sight at the bottom of the sea,
    there I will command the serpent, and it shall bite them.^(A)

³ I will give you the treasures of darkness
    and riches hidden in secret places,
so that you may know that it is I, the Lord,
    the God of Israel, who call you by your name.^(A)

²⁰ You will not be joined with them in burial
    because you have destroyed your land;
    you have killed your people.
