But if it seems wrong for you to come with me to Babylon, remain here. See, ^(B)all the land is before you; wherever it seems good and convenient for you to go, go there.”

¹¹ Now Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon gave charge concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, saying, ¹² “Take him and look after him, and do him no ^(A)harm; but do to him just as he says to you.”

¹⁵ And Abimelech said, “See, ^(A)my land is before you; dwell where it pleases you.”

^9 (A)Is not the whole land before you? Please ^(B)separate from me. ^(C)If you take the left, then I will go to the right; or, if you go to the right, then I will go to the left.”
