^15 (A)For behold, the Lord will come with fire
And with His chariots, like a whirlwind,
To render His anger with fury,
And His rebuke with flames of fire.

⁸ Their horses also are ^(A)swifter than leopards,
And more fierce than evening wolves.
Their ^[a]chargers ^[b]charge ahead;
Their cavalry comes from afar;
They fly as the ^(B)eagle that hastens to eat.

^28 (A)Whose arrows are sharp,
And all their bows bent;
Their horses’ hooves will ^[a]seem like flint,
And their wheels like a whirlwind.

³ The Lord is ^(A)slow to anger and ^(B)great in power,
And will not at all acquit the wicked.

⁵ They come from a far country,
From the end of heaven—
The ^(A)Lord and His ^[a]weapons of indignation,
To destroy the whole ^(B)land.
