⁹ Thus says the Lord: ‘Do not deceive yourselves, saying, “The Chaldeans will surely depart from us,” for they will not depart.

²² But ^(A)be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

³ Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come ^(A)unless the falling away comes first, and ^(B)the man of ^[a]sin is revealed, ^(C)the son of perdition,

⁷ Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for ^(A)whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

³ For ^(A)if anyone thinks himself to be something, when ^(B)he is nothing, he deceives himself.

⁴ And Jesus answered and said to them: ^(A)“Take heed that no one deceives you. ⁵ For ^(B)many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ ^(C)and will deceive many.

⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
