14 ^[a]Return,^(A) Israel, to the Lord your God.
    Your sins^(B) have been your downfall!^(C)

⁹ This third I will put into the fire;^(A)
    I will refine them like silver^(B)
    and test them like gold.^(C)
They will call^(D) on my name^(E)
    and I will answer^(F) them;
I will say, ‘They are my people,’^(G)
    and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.^(H)’”

6 “Come, let us return^(A) to the Lord.
He has torn us to pieces^(B)
    but he will heal us;^(C)
he has injured us
    but he will bind up our wounds.^(D)
2 After two days he will revive us;^(E)
    on the third day^(F) he will restore^(G) us,
    that we may live in his presence.
