¹² Now the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, after Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

² to whom the word of the Lord came in the days of ^(A)Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, ^(B)in the thirteenth year of his reign.

² in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years specified by the word of the Lord through ^(A)Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.

³ But it happened that night that the word of God came to Nathan, saying,
