Jeremiah Persecuted by Pashhur

20 Now the priest Pashhur son of Immer, who was chief officer in the house of the Lord, heard Jeremiah prophesying these things.^(A)

³⁷ Of Immer, one thousand fifty-two. ³⁸ Of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven.^(A)

¹⁴ the fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

¹⁸ The captain of the guard took the chief priest Seraiah, the second priest Zephaniah, and the three guardians of the threshold;^(A)

⁴⁰ Of Immer, one thousand fifty-two. ⁴¹ Of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven.

²⁴ Now when the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these words, they were perplexed about them, wondering what might be going on.^(A)
