¹⁹ Your own wickedness will ^(A)correct you,
And your backslidings will rebuke you.
Know therefore and see that it is an evil and bitter thing
That you have forsaken the Lord your God,
And the ^[a]fear of Me is not in you,”
Says the Lord God of hosts.

⁹ The look on their countenance witnesses against them,
And they declare their sin as ^(A)Sodom;
They do not hide it.
Woe to their soul!
For they have brought evil upon themselves.

¹⁸ “Your^(A) ways and your doings
Have procured these things for you.
This is your wickedness,
Because it is bitter,
Because it reaches to your heart.”

^17 (A)Have you not brought this on yourself,
In that you have forsaken the Lord your God
When ^(B)He led you in the way?

⁵ The ^(A)pride of Israel testifies to his face;
Therefore Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity;
Judah also stumbles with them.
