²⁴ O Lord, ^(A)correct me, but with justice;
Not in Your anger, lest You bring me to nothing.

38 O Lord, do not ^(B)rebuke me in Your wrath,
Nor chasten me in Your hot displeasure!

6 O Lord, ^(B)do not rebuke me in Your anger,
Nor chasten me in Your hot displeasure.

¹¹ For I am with ^(A)you,’ says the Lord, ‘to save you;
^(B)Though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you,
^(C)Yet I will not make a complete end of you.
But I will correct you ^(D)in justice,
And will not let you go altogether unpunished.’

²³ He ^[a]brings the ^(A)princes to nothing;
He makes the judges of the earth useless.
