¹² There is one ^[a]Lawgiver, ^(A)who is able to save and to destroy. ^(B)Who^[b] are you to judge ^[c]another?

^4 (A)Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.

God’s Righteous Judgment

2 Therefore you are ^(A)inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, ^(B)for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.

^28 (A)And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather ^(B)fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in ^[a]hell.

²⁵ Therefore He is also ^(A)able to save ^[a]to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives ^(B)to make intercession for them.

⁹ Do not ^[a]grumble against one another, brethren, lest you be ^[b]condemned. Behold, the Judge is standing at the door!

¹³ Therefore let us not judge one another ^[a]anymore, but rather resolve this, ^(A)not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.

²⁰ But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? ^(A)Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?”
