³ and you ^[a]pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, “You sit here in a good place,” and say to the poor man, “You stand there,” or, “Sit here at my footstool,”

⁹ For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, ^(A)that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become ^(B)rich.

⁶ But ^(A)you have dishonored the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you ^(B)and drag you into the courts?
