Mat, sè mò a, di: “Senyè, li gentan santi, jodi fè kat jou depi l la.”

⁴⁰Men Jezi di l konsa: “Èske m pa t di w si ou kwè ou va wè pouvwa Bondye?”

⁴¹Yo retire wòch la epi lè sa a, Jezi leve je l anlè, li di: “Papa, mwen remèsye w, paske ou te reponn priyè mwen.

John 11:39-41

New International Version

³⁹“Take away the stone,” he said.

“But, Lord,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man, “by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.”^(A)

⁴⁰Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe,^(B) you will see the glory of God?”^(C)

⁴¹So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up^(D) and said, “Father,^(E) I thank you that you have heard me.
