¹² “Kings and armies flee^(A) in haste;
    the women at home divide the plunder.^(B)
13 Even while you sleep among the sheep pens,^[a](C)
    the wings of my dove are sheathed with silver,
    its feathers with shining gold.”
¹⁴ When the Almighty^[b] scattered^(D) the kings in the land,
    it was like snow fallen on Mount Zalmon.^(E)

⁵⁴ And so he brought them to the border of his holy land,
    to the hill country his right hand^(A) had taken.
⁵⁵ He drove out nations^(B) before them
    and allotted their lands to them as an inheritance;^(C)
    he settled the tribes of Israel in their homes.
