James 2:24-26

²⁴You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. ²⁵And in the same way was not also ^(A)Rahab the prostitute justified by works ^(B)when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? ²⁶For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.

²⁵In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction?^(A) ²⁶As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.^(B)
