13 No one undergoing a trial should say, “I am being tempted by God.” For God is not tempted by evil,[a] and He Himself doesn’t tempt anyone. 14 But each person is tempted when he is drawn away and enticed by his own evil desires.(A)

God is faithful,(B) and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation He will also provide a way of escape(C) so that you are able to bear it.
