Isaiah 65:5-7

5 who say, ‘Keep away; don’t come near me,
for I am too sacred(A) for you!’
Such people are smoke(B) in my nostrils,
a fire that keeps burning all day.
6 “See, it stands written before me:
I will not keep silent(C) but will pay back(D) in full;
I will pay it back into their laps(E)—
7 both your sins(F) and the sins of your ancestors,”(G)
says the Lord.
“Because they burned sacrifices on the mountains
and defied me on the hills,(H)
I will measure into their laps
the full payment(I) for their former deeds.”

For I am holier than you!’

A fire that burns all the day.
6 “Behold, (B)it is written before Me:
(C)I will not keep silence, (D)but will repay—
Even repay into their bosom—
7 Your iniquities and (E)the iniquities of your fathers together,”
Says the Lord,
(F)“Who have burned incense on the mountains
(G)And blasphemed Me on the hills;
Therefore I will measure their former work into their bosom.”
